New Zunes really built from the ground up?

The original Zune was designed and manufacture by Toshiba. The new Zunes are supposed to be built “from the ground up” according to ZuneInsider’s Caesar. So these pics make the new Zune’s look similar to Toshiba models. Just look at the pics and you decide.
