Say the Time software Review

I had the chance to try this new software program called “Say the Time”. It is basically a Windows utility that can tell you the time out loud. Also it is a time manager that can announce a friendly reminder along with a note that you type out.

Positives – Having both the date and time displayed is nice and less clicking is always a good thing compared to the regular windows time/calendar. The date and time are clearly visible and should appeal to those who have a hard time seeing small text. Scheduling reminders is probably the best feature of this program. I know sometimes that I forget to do things. Especially when I’m on the computer. So Say the Time reminds me and I can remember.

Negative – The negative is that the female voice was a bit robotic. I would have liked a friendlier voice. The male voice is even more robotic. And after a while the voices get a bit annoying. Also I notice a bit of static in the voice speech.

Conclusion – Say the Time is an excellent program that replaces the basic Windows date/time with something much more fun yet useful. I know I am sometimes a Zombie in front of the computer. And lose all track of time. Say the Time helps me manage my time better.
